Fundraising Phases

Chere STS,

3rd year Students… or should I say Senior Graduates. AHEE eeeeeeee.

We know the Holidays are creeping up on us, but we would like each and everyone of you to start putting your thinking caps on. We need each and everyone of you to brainstorm, the more brains we have the smarter we will be as a class. Just keep in mind everything our instructors has taught us so far.

What ever ideas we come up with ,it has to be the HOOK, to reel in more money. And knowing the class we are, we have to keep the FUN in Fundraising. This is our last year, Lets make it something STS would be very proud of.

This is the game plan, I thought we might use We would do everything in phases

Dec/Jan.


1. What is our Goal in Money and in Number of Scholarships we want provide.

2. Everyone, sends me their ideas on what we want to do as a class.

3. And who would like to be a Chairperson of a Committee or just serve as a committee person (on a particular project).

January - Voting

1. On which projects / ideas we will do

2. Selection of Chairpersons, and Committees

Feb - March - April

1. Begin Creating Projects


May - June - July

1. Promote - Promote - Promote

2. Raising the Bar for our Following Students

We have been the class that has broken many records, lets keep our fame on the books for years to come.

I am looking forward to be hearing from each one of you.

With the Holidays coming soon, I will have a few days of off time to work on your ideas.

Expect to be hearing more from me during the next few weeks.

Thoughts for '09?

Now that we have had a few days to recover from "class" I'm sure you have lots of ideas for next year. Let's not forget about them till a few weeks before 09 classes, feel free to leave your comments and ideas for STS Marketing College 2009! (I do not recommend posting your contact info as we can find it in the text book and we don't want you to receive spam...)
